    Entrants from Northern Ireland only can enter by writing to ‘Freddo’s Big Adventure’, their full name, full address (including postcode), phone number and date of birth on a correctly stamped envelope/postcard and send it to the Promoter (Entries to other postal address will not be accepted) during the Promotion Period. All valid NPN entries will be entered into the promotion on the consumer’s behalf. All NPN entries will be given an equal and random chance of winning a prize. Only one entry per week, one entry per envelope. No third party or bulk entries. Illegible or damaged entries will be disregarded. Winners only will be notified.

    Once the prize is issued, the voucher will be valid for 1 year.
    The Prizes are non-transferable, are not exchangeable and have no cash or other alternative in whole or in part.
  10. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the Main Prize and the Prize from the date of winner acceptance. Prize will be delivered via a signed for service.
  11. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any third-party products or services.
  12. Winner Selection: All winners will selected randomly through the winning moments mechanic and be informed immediately if they have won a prize. All participants have an equal chance of winning during the Promotion Period.
  13. Winner Notification: Winners will be required to complete the form online upon being notifying that they have won a prize. Winners will have 7 days to claim the prize. In the event a winner does not complete the form within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to reselect that winner and allocate that prize to an alternative entrant selected in the same manner.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.
  15. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
  19. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
  20. The name and counties of the winners will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope to the Promoter marked ‘’Freddo’s Big Adventure Winners List’’ which will be available within 2 months of the Closing Date.
  21. By entering this Promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  22. The Promoter’s decision is binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
  23. The Terms and Conditions of this Promotion shall be interpreted and applied on the basis of English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.


5 A-Side Promotion

Full Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry is open only to independent retailers within the UK, aged 18 and over who display the 5 A-Side point of sale displays within their retail outlet (only independent retailers). Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  2. The Promotion distribution period begins at 00.01 on 30th of April 2018 (‘Opening Date’) and closes at 23.59 on 30th June 2018 (the ‘Final Distribution Date’). All claims must be made by 5pm on 30th July 2018 (the ‘Claim by Date’).
  3. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
  4. HOW TO ENTER: A total of 100 winning tickets will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst stocks of regular Cadbury Chocolate bars in independent retail stores that display the Cadbury 5-A-Side point of sale displays under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. If a winning ticket has been placed within a Cadbury chocolate bar which has been distributed in your store, you will automatically be eligible to win a prize once the winner of the consumer promotion registers their ticket with the Promoter.
  5. HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE: Each winning ticket placed within a Cadbury Chocolate bar and distributed is recorded. At the point in time that a consumer calls to claim their prize, PromoVeritas, will match up the records to establish which retail store the winning ticket was distributed in. Following a valid consumer claim, the retailer will then be contacted within 28 days and made aware that a winning ticket was distributed and claimed within their store.
  6. RETAILER REQUIREMENTS: In order for a prize to be awarded to a winning retailer, the retailer must confirm acceptance of the Prize. Retailers will initially be contacted via the telephone number held on record by the Promoter or via the telephone number publicly available, only store managers will be communicated with. Two attempts will be made via telephone call and if a retailer does not claim the Prize via this process, a letter will be sent to the retailer in the post requesting them to contact the Promoter within 14 days, from the date of the letter, should they wish to claim the Prize. Failure to accept the prize within this time period will result in the Prize being forfeited.
  7. THE PRIZES:

  8. UNCLAIMED PRIZES: If at the end of the promotion, any consumer winning tickets are unclaimed, PromoVeritas will establish which retail stores have not had a claim and contact those within 28 days of the Claim by Date to notify them of their win.
  9. The cash prizes will be paid in the form of an equivalent Mondelez Stock vouchers or ‘Love to Shop’ vouchers. Please allow 28 days for dispatch from date of Prize acceptance. Vouchers must be used the verified before expiry date printed on voucher. Type of prize awarded is at discretion of Promoter.
  10. The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material including on social media.
  11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  12. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  13.     3. The promotion distribution period begins at 00.01 on 1st April 2018 (‘Opening Date’) and closes at 23.59 on 17th June 2018 (the ‘Final Distribution Date’) (‘Promotion Distribution Period’).

    4.     1. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.

Only one entry per stamped envelope per week. Only winners will be notified.

    5. Prize: 1 of 9x pairs of Premier League tickets during the 2017/2018 season. There will be no guarantee of any particular team or match and all matches will be allocated on a first come first serve basis from available tickets on the Cadbury FC ticket portal.

    6. All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.

    7. One prize per person.

    8. Winner Selection: All entries received during the Promotion Period will be entered into a prize draw. The winners will be announced and notified the day after the Closing Date.

    9. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by the Promoter by telephone and/or mail and will have until the 16th of March 2018 to claim their match after they have accepted the prize. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to the initial winner notification to claim their prize within 3 days from the date of the initial notification, the prize may be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.

    11. Winner publication: Winners’ names and counties will be available by sending an SAE to ‘‘’MC2, The Boardwalk, 21 Little Peter Street, M15 4PS’’ within two months of the Closing Date.

    13. Entry to the Premier League stadiums is subject to normal conditions of ticket entry. All tickets for preferred club selections will be “home” tickets and you must be a home or neutral supporter to attend the match. Away fans are not permitted in the “home” section of a Premier League stadium. Winners are subject to screening by Premier League football clubs ("Clubs") based on their conditions of entry and we are not liable if you or any person accompanying you is refused entry because you do not meet these Conditions.

    14. Each ticket is issued by the relevant Club subject to the terms and conditions of entry, which are available from the Club and will be provided to you with your prize. The use of a ticket to enter a Club's stadium constitutes acceptance of that Club's terms and conditions of entry. The ticket shall remain at all times the property of the issuing Club.

    15. Except mobile phones used for personal and private use only, you may not bring into (or use within) any Club’s stadium any equipment that is capable of recording or transmitting any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a match or any aspect of it.

    16. The Clubs reserve the right to eject from a stadium any person who fails to comply with applicable terms or conditions of entry.

    17. If you are the subject of a current Banning Order under the Football Spectators Act 1989, you will be refused entry to the competition and to all Premier League Club stadiums.

    18. Other than as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Entry, you may not transfer or sell Tickets to anybody. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006.

    19. Neither the Promoter nor Costcutter accept any responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

    20. The decision of the Promoter is final in relation to all promotional matters.

    21. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion.

    22. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the competition or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

    23. Neither the Promoter nor Costcutter will be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

    24. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
