Cadbury Free Stock Offer

Promoter: Mondelez UK LTD whose address is at Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH (‘Mondelez’).
1. By placing an order for product on this Website you are allowing Mondelez to:
a. keep your details on record for a period of 6 months;
b. keep your Point of Sale (‘POS’) order details and to pass these on to our third-party handling house; and
c. pass your product order details back to Booker

Product Orders:
2. All product orders are subject to Booker Terms and Conditions.
3. A maximum quantity of 3 orders can be placed per store:
    i. By requesting an order quantity of 1 you are placing an order for 4 cases of the specified Cadbury Dairy Milk product ( including 1 free case of Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo)
    ii. By requesting an order quantity of 2 you are placing an order for 8 cases of the specified Cadbury Dairy Milk products ( including 2 free case of Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo)
    iii. By requesting an order quantity of 3 you are placing an order for 12 cases for the specified Cadbury Dairy Milk product ( including 3 free case of Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo)
4. Your order details will be shared with a Mondelez Representative, who may visit your store and request feedback and take pictures of any relevant display. 5. Delivery to store will be during the week commencing 24th Feb via your normal Londis/Budgens supply chain. You will receive a statement credit of £11.39 for CDM Oreo £1 PMP’

7. For the avoidance of doubt, MDLZ can only accept orders from verified email addresses. This offer cannot be forwarded or transferred to any other retailer. Only those retailers in receipt of this email which has been sent directly from MDLZ will have valid orders.
8. Only one form may be submitted per customer . If more than 1 order placed then only the most recent order will be processed and no other orders will be processed.

Point of Sale Orders:
9. It is your responsibility to implement the POS provided in your retail area which shall include erecting and maintaining the POS.
10. Where the POS allows for products to be stored on or within the POS, you must not exceed the weight allowance specified by Mondelez in respect of the POS.
11. Mondelez may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any orders for POS.
12. Mondelez will not supply POS to retailers on sites such as Schools or other education establishments.
13. Mondelez , its affiliates or associated agencies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with the POS, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
14. Retailers are responsible for disposal of POS at the end of its life.
15. Mondelez aim to deliver all POS within 6 weeks from the order date, but this is subject to availability and third-party delivery. Mondelez takes no responsibility with regards to late delivery.

General:
16. Orders may be delivered by a Mondelez sales representative in some cases.
17. Offer valid until 6th February 2020.
18. Open to Londis and Budgens stores only.
19. Mondelez accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected orders.
20. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
21. Retailers are free to set their own prices. Non PMP packs available.




GET MINTED” PROMOTION 2020 – Retailer Promotion

Promoter: Mondelez Europe Services GmbH – UK Branch whose address is at Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH.
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open only to retailers within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over who display the Trebor Get Minted point of sale displays. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Entry is open only to retailers within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over who display the Trebor Get Minted point of sale displays. Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER: A total of 110 winning packs of Trebor Extra Strong Peppermint / Spearmint 41.3g, Trebor Softmint Peppermint / Spearmint 44.9g, Trebor Softfruits 44.9g, Trebor Extra Strong Minis 12.6g/44/5g, Trebor Cool Drops Extra Fresh / Lemon 28g (“Trebor Products”) will be fairly and randomly distributed amongst stocks of regular Trebor Products during the Promotion Distribution Period under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service. If a winning Trebor Product has been distributed in your store you will automatically be eligible to win the prize.
5. HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE: Each winning Trebor Product distributed is recorded. At the point in time that a consumer calls to claim their prize, PromoVeritas, the independent verification service will match up the records to establish which store the winning Trebor Product was distributed in. The retailer will then be contacted and made aware that a winning Trebor Product was seeded and claimed within their store. If at the end of the promotion, any consumer Prizes are unclaimed, PromoVeritas will establish which retail stores have not had a claim and contact those within 28 days of the Claim by Date to notify them of their win.
6. RETAILER REQUIREMENTS: In order for a prize to be awarded to a winning retailer, the retailer must confirm acceptance of the Prize. Retailers will initially be contacted via the telephone number held on record by the Promoter or via the telephone number publicly available, only store managers will be communicated with. Two attempts will be made via telephone call and if a retailer does not claim the Prize via this process, a letter will be sent to the retailer in the post and requesting them to contact the Promoter within 14 days, from the date of the letter, should they wish to claim the Prize. Failure to accept the prize within this time period will result in the Prize being forfeited.
7. THE PRIZES: The winning Trebor Products are worth as follows: 1 x £5000; 5 x £500; 5 x £250; 30 x £100, and 69 x £50. The prizes will be in the form of Amazon vouchers.
8. Prizes will be paid in the form of Amazon Vouchers to the verified retailer manager. Please allow 28 days for despatch. Type of prize awarded is at discretion of Promoter.
9. Only winners will be notified.
10. The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material including on social media.
11. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
12. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
13. Any taxes payable in relation to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
14. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, or there is any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the full names and counties of residence of the winner(s).
18. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
19. The Promoter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, The General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and any successor legislation or other applicable law. The personal information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and in accordance with the Promoters’ Data Privacy Notice which can be found at eu.mondelezinternational.com/privacy-policy. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion (including any relevant promotional activity) or communicating with entrants.
